We stayed 5 nights and had not a single problem. Corner suite was bright, clean, and had the amenities we would expect. Free airport shuttle is a huge value and not at all common in the area. Breakfast buffet is standard for this type of hotel, maybe better than many; was nice to see some healthy choices. Well soundproofed, great... more

We booked this hotel with hotwire and got a great deal. The staff were really helpful... we arrived late and wanted to eat at Dave's Bar and Grill (when we checked out the hotel on tripadvisor, someone recommended it). The shuttle bus driver took us there and picked us up, which was really good of him. The room was big,... more

I was really not overly impressed by this hotel. I ended up staying here for 3 nights to attend a conference at the nearby college. I did not find the rooms to be very clean, although I guess somewhat adequate. There was actually red stains smeared on the wall. The room had a funny odor. I did not bother complaining... more

Dec 15, 2008 | Trip type: Friends getaway

Due to the nasty storms that hit New England, primarily Worcester, MA, my friend and I decided to book a room at the Hampton, since I was flying out of TF Green the following day. We arrived at 130 am and were greeted pleasantly, were given a very nice room, with big beds and sleep ensued quickly. Got up the... more

My husband and I were arriving late prior to Thanksgiving and so decided to stay in a hotel rather than bother family to pick us up near midnight. This was the only hotel which offered 24 hour pickup!!!!!! It was the deciding factor in booking the room. It was a short trip from the airport. When checking in the woman... more

We were in RI to see family and this is a very convenient location with highway access close by and an adequate number of nearby restaurants. Legal Seafoods is directly across the street and Chelo's is a good choice just down the road. Dave's is a pretty good spot for casual fare and the free shuttle will drive you there... more

I stayed here one night, it happened to be Super Bowl Sunday. There was a private function downstairs in the lobby with a $25 cost to watch the game on the medium size TV screen and nibble on some snacks. I passed on that and watched the game in my room. The service was adequate, front desk was not so... more

My fiance and I were looking for a hotel to block a bunch of rooms for our wedding. We walked into the hotel and approached the front desk where the three people behind the desk were gossiping. It took them a minute to stop and attend to us. We mentioned that we would like to see the property and some... more

When we arrived to our room, we discovered a full sized bed instead of the King Bed we paid for. The front desk clerk said WE were mistaking, that King Suite was the type of room but did not mean a King Bed was included. We explained there is a king size headboard, with a full sized bed in he... more
