My husband and I had a wonderful dinner on the waterfront. We had wonderful service from a lovely server named Brianna. Not only was Brianna charming but she helped us get directions and also some bakery items that are exclusive to this area. We also met a very friendly and accommodating gentleman that was the manager. Jeffery could not have... More

Although we don't travel much, we recently decided to get away for a short trip as our friends recommended NYLO. All they conveyed regarding the hotel was valid, the hotel is unique, the beds are plush and feel like you're sleeping on a cloud and the decor was certainly out of the ordinary, which we appreciated. We were treated like... More

Wanted something out of the ordinary and decided to reserve a nights stay which ended up being 3 nights with an added bonus. I reserved a river-view room for my wife and I for one night, after such a pleasant stay we decided to extend for 2 additional nights, although they were sold out of the room type, they upgraded... The NYLO Providence/Warwick was a beautifully designed hotel. We enjoyed the industrial and trendy decor. The room was very clean and inviting. The outdoor deck was gorgeous and a great place to enjoy a drink or dinner, relax and enjoy the river view. We would definitely stay there again if in the Providence area.

Tucked away like a pleasant surprise in the mostly average surrounding area, NYLO Providence/Warwick was simply a wonderful place for this (admittedly) hard-to-please guest. The stately building itself had an "industrial hipster" feel to it that was never pretentious. The front desk were knowledgable, courteous and made me feel completely welcome upon arrival. The room was spacious and opened itself... More

i was in Providence for business. I had never stayed at the NYLO and was pleasantly surprised. The industrial finishes were stylish and appealing. The staff was quite attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Providence area.

We recently spent a two night 'staycation' at the NYLO Providence/Warwick. We visited nearby Providence (Federal Hill), Jamestown and Newport. This hotel is a gem. It's built to resemble the nearby old textile mill, but it's ultra modern, fashionable and comfortable inside. Ask for a room overlooking the Pawtuxet River, immediately behind the hotel. Excellent restaurant, lounge and soundproof rooms... More

there is a lot to like about this hotel - it's styled very well, great décor, relaxed and chic vibe. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, and everything that you would expect from a NYLO hotel. Warwick is not exactly a "destination", but within the confines of Warwick, they have a great location. It's a converted factory loft (I believe... More

This hotel is like none other! If you are expecting to walk into a mundane, I-have-seen-that-before type hotel then turn around and walk out - this one is not for you. It's contemporary, hip decor took me by surprise. The rooms will make you want to reconsider your personal taste and you'd want to redecorate your home. I had bought... More

The hotel is clean and the decor is fun, but the hotel needs a serious investment to sound proof the Building. We stayed in rooms 213 and 215 across from the elevator and we heard every sound and beep that came from it. Also, when the guests in the unit above us moved, showered or flushed the toilet, the noise... More

NYLOManagement, General Manager at NYLO Providence/Warwick, responded to this review

I’m truly upset when I read postings such as this, your experience with us wasn’t what our guest experience. Although the building is a solid concrete structure and may consume some ambient noise, we seldom receive feedback from guests that it’s loud and weren’t able to sleep for 4 nights. I’m unsure why you didn’t make us aware of this... More
