Basic motel. right off 295. clean, courteous and well kept. decent free breakfast. a little pricey for the ammenities. it is nice and quiet for being close to the highway. sits down off the road so look for the sign.

My family and I stayed here during a trip to Rhode Island to see relatives. It was a good location for us, it was quiet, and it was clean. If you go here, don't expect the amenities of something like a Courtyard Marriott. But for the price and location, this is a very good place to stay. We'd go back.

Down or down alternative comforters were so nice, not too warm and soft as could be. The room was clean and we got a good nights sleep for the first time in a hotel. And I love that they give you 4 pillows to a bed. I didn't have to ask for more. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn't operating... More

Worst place we have ever stayed! Room was not clean and had a terrible odor. Room was also noisy. Staff was not friendly. Outside of facility was not well kept. Tall weeds by front door. Dumpster area was overflowing with trash and old mattresses and other furniture. Items had been in dumpster area so long that there were weeds growing... More

Overall our experience was favorable. Granted, the motel is not a Hilton, but the service was much better than I expected. The room was clean and the mattress firm and felt new. The breakfast was a treat and included with price. WiFi was also included. The exercise room was better than most as all the equipment was in good and... More

Stayed at the property for three days for a softball tournament. Never again, the pool was green and not healthy to swim in. Rooms smelled, ceiling tiles in hallway were falling down due to rain. On day of departure front desk staff was making our breakfast that wasn't ready and he also wasn't available for our check out, we just... More

My son was playing soccer at Bryant University in early May so we needed a place to stay that was close to the University. All Seasons Inn & Suites was the only place that had availability. I know why. The room and the hotel needs a lot of updating!! The room was dingy and old. I guess because it is... More

We stayed here for 2 days during our recent business trip from Scotland. Large clean rooms and excellent WIFI. The girl at reception(not sure of here name but she originally came from Maine) was extremely friendly and helpful with local attractions. Breakfast was good and had pleny variety. My only complaint but not really a complaint was that it is... More

Rooms were very dated and it smelled. It was in no way worth the price. Air cycled on and off all night. And Marsh mellow sized pillows were ridiculous! Free breakfast was the only redeeming point. My advice, stay elsewhere.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to express your view. Yes we are the most experienced hotel in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Nothing stays new forever and it requires upgrade. We are in process of painting exterior and upgrading the parking area. We have LED lights in most areas which is reducing carbon footprint. We have energy efficient heat pumps... More

For the price and convenience, this is as an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy access desk for a laptop. The TV is centrally located so you can see it from everywhere in the room. Stayed here for more than a month. Excellent place & service. Quiet surroundings. Staff is very friendly & helpful.... More
