Hotel didn't have an elevator, towels were rough, walls were thin, though staff did call room next door and ask them to turn the very loud music down, breakfast was just ok, clock radio and hairdryer were broken. On the plus side, room was clean.

To be honest, our expectations were pretty low when we got there. By the looks of the lobby and the fact that there was no elevator, it made a bad first impression. But once we got to our room, we were satisfied and looking forward to a nice holiday weekend. I have a confession - I was one of the... More

We were in town to visit my daughter and for some reason our usual chain hotel, along with all the others in the area, were full up. So this being the only one with a room we took our chances. Big mistake! We very disappointed in this hotel. First of all, the entire time we were checking in, except for... More

I was in town for pleasure with my family and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were very comfortable and check in/out was a breeze. The staff was amazing and friendly and the location was convenient and easy to find. We got the continental breakfast each morning and it was delicious! I would definitely book again in... More

We had to change our travel plans at the last minute through Travelocity and got changed to the All Seasons Inn & Suites. We made the trip to see our senior at Holy Cross play in an ultimate Frisbee tournament at Bryant College. The hotel is very budget and the rooms, hallways, etc. need updating. It wasn't dirty, just needs... More

I stay in a lot of hotels for work in different cities. This hotel is actually decent. A lot better than I expected it to be at first glance. I'm not sure about the breakfast or anything like that but they do deliver you a paper in the morning.parking is convient. I would give it 5 stars but I can't... More

Basic hotel, provided the essential amenities, but the overall service of the hotel was average. Parking was extremely convenient and located close to the highway. Overall, would recommend staying here for those looking for a value hotel in Smithfield.

I dont know why other reviewers are so negative about this place? Complaining about the amenities(??)--we had soaps, shampoo, body lotion and an abundance of towels. A newspaper delivered to the door each morning, and on Sunday, the $3.50 Sunday paper. Our room was spotless, and we received a courtesy call from the manager 10 mins after check-in. He also... Basic motel. right off 295. clean, courteous and well kept. decent free breakfast. a little pricey for the ammenities. it is nice and quiet for being close to the highway. sits down off the road so look for the sign.

My family and I stayed here during a trip to Rhode Island to see relatives. It was a good location for us, it was quiet, and it was clean. If you go here, don't expect the amenities of something like a Courtyard Marriott. But for the price and location, this is a very good place to stay. We'd go back.
