My boyfriend and I have stayed there on a couple of occasions. The first time we went, we waited a good 5-10 minutes just for someone to come to the front desk for us to check in. They are not friendly people and they act as if you are inconveniencing them. I had asked for an extra pillow and it... More

Booked this motel for 1 night to have somewhere to sleep close to Providence. the motel isnt close and you need a car. Reception where you have to pay up front, 2 floors with rooms, they are old, dodgy, loud, easy to hear others in other rooms. Lock the door and hope you can get some sleep, if its only... More

This was the worst night I ever had at a hotel. People upstairs over our room were fighting and slamming furniture around until 4am. I called the front desk and they said they would check it out. I also put chairs up against the door going to the hallway and the one going to the outside because the locks looked... More

I teach hospitality classes and this place was a nightmare. The back door was smashed, the hallways stunk, the rug was extremely dirty, the bathroom was not clean, the used and abused furniture was not clean, the remote did not work, and there was trash under the bureau and nightstand which was very disgusting. The pillows were very lumpy and... More

We looked for a place to stay close enough to Providence that we could take a cab--this place rated best for us as it was the most affordable (and only 15 minutes outside of the city). While the room was gross, the bedding was questionable (actually though...stains on the pillow of an eerie yellow color) and the air smelled of... More

Pretty much says it. Go elsewhere unless you are very desperate. The best part of the stay was the hotel was vacant enough they could put me on the other end of the hall from the guys that were getting drunk and making noise all night.

Desperate for a place to stay but opted to leave after seeing the room. It was filthy. The hallways reeked of smoke. Lights weren't working, sheets stained and bathroom was just gross. the room was on the first floor and it backed up into an alley way. just didnt feel safe. Asked for a refund and left.

My Husband and I have family and friends that live in the area and travel 4 times a year to visit. We just wanted to stay in a place that was clean and comfortable for our 7 day visit. Right off the bat we began to experience inconveniences. We did not find management friendly or cooperative. Showers were full of... More

I concur with all the other reviewers! Stay away! The corridors were filthy - the room wasn't as bad, but not great, and while this is probably not the manager's fault, there was a creepy naked guy staring at me standing at his window wanking, in full view of the carpark when I got my luggage out in the evening,...
