We has to spend an unexpected night in a providence and were able to book this hotel on the spur of the moment. When we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious with 2 queen beds with a dividing wall between them. The bathroom was well laid out and all was spotlessly clean.... More

Comfort Inn, Pawtucket #311 Unprepossessing to look at in a slightly dodgy part of town, but it's fine for a short stay or for the night before a flight if you are on a budget. With suitably lowered expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the (I found out later) new bed. It was worth braving the strange... More

Okay, there was another review that said run don't walk......they were soo right!!! I really wished my wife and I took that advice. I was traveling with her on a business trip and it was getting late and most places we were booked up so we grabbed this one.....big mistake! When we checked into the room we found dirty towels... I had a walk-in coupon and the price wasn't bad. I asked for 2 beds. There is no elevator. We walked to our room and there was just 1 bed. Went back to the desk. No apology. They put us all the way on the top floor and end of parking lot. The area didn't seem very safe. You have... More

I received this property through a Priceline Express Deal (Property not revealed until after purchase). My heart sank when I started reading reviews for this property. I paid $70 a night and I was pleasantly surprised. We had room 202, Just off the elevator. View was of a brick wall. Not a big deal since we were barely in room.... More

We attended a wedding in Pawtuket weekend of August 9th. Terrible terrible accommodations. Until this hotel is upgrade with massive renovations, I would not book. We had to ask twice to be placed in another room after noting stations on bedspread, white crusty substance on worn armchair, beat up , sparse worn, chewed up wood furniture that looked like it... This hotel was a decent price. Located off of 95. 10 minutes from Providence. The front desk was helpful, rooms were clean, bed a little too hard. There is a pool and Maria and Dina are hard workers who prepared the breakfast and kept the breakfast buffet well stocked. We had a no smoking room.

Had to stay here for 3 days on the company dime. Place was in serious need of not only an update, but a serious aroma remedy. This is one of those places where the lobby looks good, to sucker you in, but the rest of the place is old, musky and leaves you with a strong desire to take a... More

Stayed here this say weekend..."Dump" comes to mind when describing this hotel (check the photos). This place is in serious need of an overhaul, I'm surprised Comfort Inn allows their name to be associated with this place. Dirty and Old - best describe it in a couple of words. Location is ok if your looking for something off the highway... More

Husband and I stayed here for one night. Not a bad hotel. We didn't want to spend a lot and the hotels in providence were very expensive. Front desk was pleasant. Beds clean and comfortable. Hotel is a little dated. We had a balcony with a nice view of the brick wall. Wifi, parking and breakfast include. Very nice breakfast,... More
