I stayed there last year with friends for my birthday and am looking to book again this year. The staff was very pleasant the location couldn't have been better. we parked are car there while we took the ferry to the island. We walk around to the shops in the morning then a stroll on the beach before we left.... More

Hotel in poor shape ,The outside looks like a wreck ,This type of hotel was Popular in the Fifties . The rooms some what updated ,not much .Drunk people yelling and screaming till 3 o'clock in the morning. To top it off seagulls made a mess of cars in the parking lot. Also ,did not feel secure.Way overpriced.

The ferry to Block Island is right across the street but so is a fish processing plant, which makes the sea gull population have all night raves. At one point it seemed like we were in the movie set of "the birds" This place is probably only worth about $66 per night because it is very run down and in... More

I went here several times with my mom and dad while growing up. It was wonderful! We would take the sailboat out and enjoy the day. After my parents died, I went to Galilee and wanted to stay here again. It was very run down, bed linens were dirty, no hot water in shower. The toilet was not working and when... More

We stayed here for one night. The staff was very nice and the location is great for catching the ferry. However the room was not clean. The sheets were dirty and there was used soap and hair in the shower.

I really wanted to send a review the very night after my daughter and I stayed to get away from our typical Friday night.Just the stress of living with my parents again and grandparents in my daughter's case. School had already started but it was an exceptionally hot day.We both love the beach and only live approx.35 miles away. Proud... More

Honestly, when I am on vacation I do not really care about the hotel accommodations because I am in a place to visit the site and attractions, not sit in the hotel for days. I can sit at home if I want to take a vacation and just sit. This hotel is a little old in style - it could... More

A friend and I stayed one night the weekend of 8/6/14. Even after reading the reviews, I figured it couldn't be all that bad for just one night and if it was I would high tail it out of there. The place is run down for sure and the cost is unbelievable high for the condition, amenities and services offered,... More

Changed the name and took "The" off and only kept decent reviews and a couple bad ones. This place is the WORST HOTEL I have ever been to in every way from the service and the lies that all rooms are renovated to the food and the bugs in the room to the bird crap outside all over everything everywhere....
