We spent two days at Shells By The Sea, and were really happy with this B&B. The house and pool area are impeccable. We were also happy with the breakfast that was served. Last minute trip to Narragansett and we landed at Shell's. She sold us the Romantic Getaway for $200 and all we got was a couple of mini cheesecakes and a bottle of some wine I've never heard of before. Pool was nice, but closed way too early. I found the location to be a little awkward. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood about 2 miles from the restaurants, shops and beaches. Definitely not walking distance.
