Had an early flight out of Providence so we drove down the coast from Boston the day before and since it was a Monday figured we could probably find a place near the beach to spend the night somewhere closer to the airport. Love the Narragansett beach area and although there looked to be lots of lodging options, we liked... more

I was in the Narragansett area for work and decided to mix it up a bit by staying at the Ocean Rose Inn. I had previously eaten at the restaurant and was impressed and I thought the inn looked wonderful. My room was not in the inn, but in the motel style building in the back. Now, where to start.... more

Should have seen it coming - 50% down with 14 day cancellation policy, followed by the full balance due upon check in. And we booked in advance for four nights. Although the inn looks attractive, beware -- rooms in the adjoining motel is pure 1950s and ours appeared to have been last maintained at that time. The room lacked certain... more

I believe the Ocean Rose Inn purposefully has only the Inn pictured in their ads online and in their brochure. The Inn is lovely and well-appointed with nice, fluffy beds. The motel, where we stayed, became a matter to laugh at since there was nothing else we could do. There are no plugs in the bathrooms, so we had to... more

This hotel was just OK. The room was average size. There was a clinking noise coming from the bathroom pipes every two minutes throughout the night. There was only a very sheer curtain over the window, making the room very bright in the morning. When we checked in, it seemed like we were an inconvenience to the woman working the... more

I decided to write a review for this hotel as there weren't many recent ones on any Narragansett hotels when I was looking for information. We were attending a wedding in Narragansett and the Ocean Rose Inn was within walking distance. It is in the same old house that the Turtle Soup restaurant is in. We stayed in Room 41... more

We looked at two available rooms. One was behind the main building in a low rise. The room was clean, the bed was good but the room was dreary and the bathroom was barren, like a public restroom. There is also dumpsters somewhat close by so there may be an odor in the parking lot adjacent. We also previewed the... more

The best part of this hotel is the location but don't expect much from the rooms. We stayed in the annex of the hotel at $150 per night. The biggest problem with the room is that the toilet ran all night long and when the restaurant out front closed for the night, the dumpster behind the building was used, not... more

We stayed for one night in the main house/inn. We had room 33 which has a huge king size bed, private bath - simple, and a private balcony overlooking Narragansett Bay. We were looking for something cute, romantic, and private. We found it! I would definitely recommend it. more
