OK.... First off...I'm not a picky person, pretty laid back but........ This hotel was a nightmare from the second we walked in to the time we checked out. First off, when we checked in, the girl at the front desk was not too knowledgeable regarding area attractions, restaurants or bars to visit. She seemed very ditzy and was not able... more

On a last minute trip, we were looking for just one night and Atlantic House was the only one with availability. We should have driven 2 hours back home. Our room with King bed had a lovely end table crammed into the space which was actually a large dorm fridge with a lamp on it. We could barely walk around... more

I am a little confused...you stated that you stayed in 2006. We have done some renovating and upgrading since then. Our two room Penthouses with private balconies are worth thier weight in gold. It is a great beach property and well worth the stay. The vies are spectacular especially on the second floor deck. I do hope you give us...

If you love "that 70's show" you'll love this hotel!! It was the PRICEYEST dump I've ever stayed at. At least if it was really cheap we wouldn't have minded so much.We only stayed one night(thank god) 07/09/2007.We had the most expensive room they offer, "suite 302" $343.52 for 1 night and that is with the AAA discount! I've seen... more

A friend and I stayed at this awful place in August 2006. It turned out to be the worst lodging experience of a four-week road trip. We had called ahead and upon arrival my friend went to the front desk to check in while I parked the car. There were two rooms available (a room with a king size bed... more

My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August. The hotel is across the street from the ocean, not from the beach. You have to walk to the beach for 2 minles. The hotel advertized deceptively that they are across from the beach. The place is a a dump. Unsafe, Kitchen was falling appart, unsanitary, doors were falling... more

Location, location, location only goes so far. Not as far, sadly, as the Atlantic House which has the three "L's" and nothing else. The decor is ghastly -- blue walls against dark turquoise rugs and drapes. The closet doors not only didn't slide, they weren't even on the track. The carpet was so filthy, I had to wash my feet... more

We just returned from a three night stay at the Atlantic House in which we were attending a wedding in Narragansett. I have to say that this might be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was incredibly dusty and filthy. I actually experienced a headache the entire time I was in the room. The... more

I stayed due to bad weather. Everyone was nice to me. My room was clean. It is lower priced than most hotels in Narragansett and has the best ocean views, with exception of Newport, in the area. I found management very willing to go extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. I was thinking how I wished more of the... more

I would not advise anyone, not even someone I disklike, to stay at the Atlantic House. My two hour stay there was horrible from start to finish. As my friends and I entered our room we were disgusted by the smoky smell of our "non smoking" room as well as the moldy aroma in the air - it was enough... more

A room with a view, and the A/C works! Although spartan, and in need of updating, we didn't think it was too bad until our 18 month old found other peoples garbage on the floor! Although the bathroom was clean, the floor was in serious need of vacuuming. I watched the chamber maids- none of them had a vacuum!! The... more
