We have been going for years and this year it was even better with all new bedding, carpeting etc. The staff are friends. They let us use the facilities before and after check in, which is great to extend our stay at the beach. It has been hard for us to think of going anywhere else.

Ocean view rooms nice. Good location close to beach. 2 restaurants. Indoor pool. Do not stay at sister property Atlantic house. Staff well trained and willing to help. Free parking. Food trucks at beach Monday and Wednesday

We stayed here for a family wedding. The location is excellent, right across from the water and we had a great view from our balcony! The bathrooms are small, the rooms a bit bigger with everything you could need. Our bed was very hard and it's a bit noisy with thin walls and heavy doors. . Other than those items,... More

So, don't expect too much but you're guaranteed super friendly and professional service! The room was clean. Everything's a little outdated but otherwise okay. It's right on the water which us awesome but the fog horn kept me up the whole first night which was annoying but not really the fault of the hotel. Great hotel for groups. Don't expect... More

I have stayed here one time before & to be honest, it wasn't that great. The man working the front desk was extremely rude to my wife when she asked if we could move our room due to noise. We decided to give it another shot this year & were extremely pleased with our stay. Meghan, a young girl working... More

My husband and I recently stayed here because our friends were getting married across the street. First things first , the location and view are fantastic especially for the price . That being said, the rooms are outdated, cramped and the walls are paper thin. My husband repeatedly called our bathroom a submarine bathroom because it was so ridiculously cramped.... More

My husband and I stayed here Saturday night, Nov. 16. The room was clean and well-furnished. We had an ocean view. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful, even printing out a map to help us find a particular location. We were in Narragansett for a wedding and many of the guests were staying at this hotel. It... More

Good location on the beach but the walls are paper thin. From our bed we could hear people walking in the hallway, the people upstairs, people on the street, the water running through through the pipes. Besides that it was comfortable and clean.

I gave this hotel an "average" rating for one BIG reason - NOISE. The rooms are...nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from our ocean view room spectacular, BUT and this is a BIG but...NOISE. There was a wedding there both nights, we were out on Friday night so noise wasn't really a factor, but Saturday night we... More

You pay for the location here. We have stayed here for the last several summer as a family. We love the location across from the beach, some restaurants, and little shops....and the fact that there is a pool for the kids in case of rainy days. I think this was our last stay unfortunately. I don't need an totally updated/trendy... More
