This hotel was just what we were looking for. Close to the attractions, yet out of the chaos of downtown Newport. The rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfasts that were included were good and included hot pancakes, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Competitively priced.
