My husband and I and our two young children stayed here for a very cold weekend in November. I really enjoyed this place - it has an off-beat charm that appealed to me. We were in a very spacious two-bedroom suite, and we all slept extremely well on the comfy beds (great linens!). We had a view of the water... More

Second time staying for New Years Eve. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Large room had spectacular view. Bed extremely comfortable. Did not use dinning room, spa or pool. Would definitely book again.

While staying at this property over Christmas, it was apparent they really do not keep up with the simple things. Noticed a light bulb out in bathroom....NO BIG DEAL...asked the front desk to give me one....DONE. The second day....no room service. Showed up at 3:30pm and no one bothered to clean the room. Frantically called the front desk to have... More

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I have stayed here twice and both times have been fantastic. First, I must say, it is worth upgrading to one of the beach view rooms in the historic building. The rooftop hot tub was great. It is open year round - even when it is snowing outside. Very clean rooms!... More

If anyone reads my reviews, they'll know I have serious dust and mite allergies requiring all freshly- cleaned bed linens and no down. Newport Beach Inn made certain that was taken care of perfectly. We needed to entertain while there (our son was graduating from Naval Officer Candidate School) and we had family and friends in. The suite was perfect... More

The room we stayed in the older building was on the small side, but very comfortable with the added plus of the microwave and refrigerator in our room. We were not told when we made our reservation that the hotel restaurant would not be serving breakfast on the days we were there. As a matter of fact only the bar... More

My daughter, daughter in law and I spent the first weekend of November in Newport at the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites.. We found the room to be spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of Easton's Beach. We were in the historic building which was quaint and cozy. Location made everything easy to get to.

I have had the opportunity to stay in a few different places in Newport, and I find this hotel to best suit my needs. We have stayed here 3 times, all in the off season, and have been impressed with all that you get for the little you pay. We stayed most recently in 2bed/2bath suite in the new building.... More

the corner room that a trip advisor person recommended wasn't the one they show on their site. We got the east end where you can look at the pond from one bdrm and look at a bldg. from the living/dining. We switched to a room that had access to the roof deck. It was too cold for us, not others,... More

We enjoyed this hotel even in off season. This is our third time here. The beach across the street sets the ambience. What the hotel offers is another reason we stayed here. The Cliff Walk is up the street and you are not far from downtown Newport.
