This was our 3rd visit to East Bay & once again we had a wonderful visit. Paul & Diane show such an attention to detail that you feel at home & very comfortable. They think of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. From having a great breakfast to the evening goodies! The East Bay room was quiet &... More

I found this place by doing a Google maps search. What a find! Perfectly located only a block away from shops and restaurants this bed and breakfast is amazingly quiet. The house is beautifully restored and maintained. Our room, the East Ferry was spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were of exceptionally high quality and resulted in a very restful... More

We only spent one night at East Bay bnb but we were very happy with it ! Our room (East Ferry) was lovely and big. Breakfast was excellent ! The trivial poursuite cards at breakfast and the maps of where guests came from were some good ideas!

Just a weekend getaway, reviews were good, thought we'd go for it! Visited Jamestown before, but this place is a hidden gem! Inn keepers were super lovely, we ran late coming in, we called ahead and they were there waiting for us! Rooms were well kept, up to date, and extremely cozy! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, just 5... More

We were delighted to find that all the rave reviews are spot on! Our room could not have been lovelier, and the bed and linens made for my best night's sleep in quite a long time. Paul & Diane have found their true calling; they are warm & accommodating; friendly without being overly intrusive. My husband & I were celebrating... More

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Diane with her bubbly & happy personality. We had the Bayside room which was so warm & comfortable. Diane has so many so small items that you usually don't find in a b & b. Flashlights, reading light, warm robes, Koerig coffee machine, etc. We felt as though we were at a... More

Paul and Diane are the perfect B&B hosts. I should not share the secret that Paul walked down to the wharf to get our ferry tickets so that we could make the ferry on time and get to our America's Cup sailing adventure! He was so helpful and pleasant as was his wonderful wife Diane the cook! He also made... More

This is one of the most pleasurable B&B experience we have ever had. Our hosts, Diane and Paul, were gracious hosts going out of their way to make our stay perfect. The inn is charming, spotless, and felt like home. Thanks again, Diane and Paul

We booked 2 rooms here and both were immaculate. We were greeted as we arrived, shown our rooms and enjoyed the coffee they had available for us. Breakfast was amazing, the apple pancakes were delicious. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area. Thank you for the hospitality.

My boyfriend and I stayed at East Bay for 2 nights while we were in town for the Newport Folk Festival. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend! Diane & Paul are great hosts and were very accommodating. We stayed in the Narragansett Room. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was a perfect walking distance... More
