We were impressed by the comfort of the Queen bed in our room. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the linens and towels. As we were looking for a place to crash and not much else this was very important to us. Based on the amount we paid we got value for our money. We enjoyed being able... More

My stay was nice, the rooms are clean, need a little work, lighting could be updated or arranged differently - no lighting at desk, makes it tough to work. Sleep quality was great, area was quite, bed was comfortable. Staff did a great job. Would stay at this location again.

First, they could not find our reservation. They did not have a toilet we could use in the lobby or what they consider a lobby. Finally, we get to our room and there is no heat. Pay by the hour hotels just might be better. We stayed for 20 minutes and booked another hotel, leaving in the middle of a... More

To clarify, I was not expecting the Ritz. If I was I wouldn't have checked into Econo Lodge. What I was expecting- a clean, safe, and comfortable room for a reasonable price (which apparently was asking for too much). Upon entering the room it smelled strongly of incense and on first sight was not that bad. Unfortunately, this impression did... More

I just stayed there on Saturday night. All the other hotels in the area were in the high 100's to mid 500's and for a bed to sleep in that is insane. Yes this is an older hotel, yes the furniture is not new or made of solid wood, yes the bathroom is outdated. Now for reality, if you want... More

Came to the area for a wedding. Despite the crappy reviews, I elected to stay here. Yeah, it's not the Plaza, but I'm also not paying $300 a night, thank you very much. The area is perfect. Beautiful Garden City neighborhoods adjacent to hotel for walking and jogging. Pier 4 and panera next door. Fabulous upper scale shopping across the... More

The rooms were very dirty, mosquitos and cockroach inside. They also had a horrible smell (as if you were breathing smoke). The staff was very rude, they would speak in Hindi and you can tell it was about what you asked. When I was doing the check-in, a man showed up asking for a room and the people working in... More

The staff at this hotel have been very nice & helpful each time I have stayed here. The rooms could use some updating and the beds aren't very comfortable. Some of the rooms are better taken care of then others. You sometimes get a clean room and then another time could get one that is not clean at all. The... More
