This place is old and should not even be called an Inn. It was run down, stuffy, stinky, no TV, no AC and there was a huge bug in the hall. it was there when we checked in (our room was not ready so we put our stuff in our room, left and hoped for improvement upon return) Well, no such... More

The Seacrest is a simple, old school inn. Clean and simple small rooms. I've stayed at many places on BI and this is my favorite...best value! The owner is a no nonsense proprietor that cares about her renters.

I booked a room here early in July, knowing it was a simple place. While the front desk personnel were responsive to problems, the room was unbearably stuffy. It had a TINY window, facing the street, so there was no air movement at all. I paid $180/night for a room that was basically uninhabitable. The staff said they knew these... More

After missing our ferry on a busy Saturday night, we were happy to discover an open room at the seacrest. However, the next morning when attempting to open the door to the office, we were greeted by an unkind woman who saw fit to call us an " idiot" on our way out the door, thats no way to treat... More

I stayed here recently and all I could hear was the owner screaming at her family and employees. I stayed on the second floor and still could hear her being absurd. Jennifer was very rude and disrespectful. The dogs she keeps in the hotel bark often and smell. The rooms were clean but uncomfortable. I will never be staying here... More

I had an oppertunity to escape without the kids and had a great time. I was able to rent a bike for a ride around the island. Walk to everything in town. Enjoyed the wonderful beaches the island can offer. The Seacrest was very affordable, neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place... More

My friends and I were very happy here. It's not luxurious - it doesn't pretend to be. If you want luxury you can find it on Block....and pay $600/nt. That's not important to me. I want a clean place to sleep and the Seacrest delivers. It's older and the rooms are small (walk in showers are really tiny!) but I... More

The staff was very kind and helpful, giving us information about the island. The room was great, clean and neat and the hotel is located very close to the main section of town. Also the price was fantastic. Being able to get a bike right downstairs was excellent too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to... More
