The Inn at Block Island is situated perfectly on the island, a short bike ride away from all of the best restaurants, beaches, and attractions! It was the perfect location for our trip. We were close to everything we wanted to do without relying on cabs, and yet the inn is away from the louder and more populous streets. It... More

Compared to the other hotels on the island, the inn has good rates. However the place is pretty dated. The beds and pillows are ancient and lumpy, and the knob fell off the air conditioner when we went to shut it off. It rolled under the dresser so we had to unplug it. Also we found a bar of used... My friend and I stayed here in July. We booked our room pretty late in the season and didn't have many places to choose from, but the Inn proved to be a pretty nice spot if you are looking for a classic Block Island experience (think rose motif wallpaper). The rooms are pretty snug, but there is some great outdoor... More

I have always been disappointed with the quality v price of places to stay in Block Island. I have finally found a place that does not disappoint. The place is clean - and if you stay in the Fleur de Lis room you have beautiful views from the small balcony. Diana does an excellent job of managing the inn and... More

We stayed at the Jane Marie House and the Inn at Block Island for our wedding in June. They were perfect. The location is great, just a quick walk to town. The two buildings share a parking area and we had roughly 40 people staying between the two. It was so nice to wake up in the mornings and share... More

We were in town for a wedding. Arrived early but no problem, we were able to get into the room. The owners were so accommodating and even gave us a ride! They suggested great places and made us feel like locals. The room we picked was small but actually just what we needed.

I will start off with the positive. I give this place a 3 because the location is excellent. It is walking distance to many restaurants, the grocery store, bagel shop, bars, beaches and the harbor, but it is a few blocks from the main crowded streets, allowing you to enjoy the quiet of the island. Unfortunately, I have to say... More

This place is a lovely bed and breakfast that is very centrally located, a 5 minute walk from town and all the bars and restaurants on the island. The room I stayed in was TINY but very clean with a working air conditioner and small tv. The only strange thing was that the bed and breakfast manager was not on... More

We have been coming to Block Island for several years as a family tradition. Almost always we have stayed at the Inn At Block Island. There is usually 4 of us so only the Doll House or the Fleur De Lis can accomodate us unless we get more than one room. So many things we love about this Inn. Light... More

There was a total of 11 of ladies for a friendship weekend and reunion and it was a great place to hang out on the lawn, stay out on the picnic table and talk into the night and a delightful breakfast in the mornings. Diana, one of the employees there was especially sweet. Would recommend to anyone.
