I arrived 9/25/08 with my Harley buddies & all our rooms were ready & clean. No one complained. That nite I laid my bike down after dinner & ended up in the hospital. The hotel personnel allowed a ridin pal to check me out after I called from the ER. The hospital kicked me to the curb with no place... more

Wow! Thanks - we love our guests and when we can make an impression that is memorable for a guest - it reinforces all our efforts. Often times people use sites like this to complain and thats fair, however - every story has 2 sides and often that other side isnt reported. We do remember you, we hope to have...

Either recent reviews are inaccurate or the management and staff have really turned it around. I was greeted cheerfully late on Sunday night and have been treated very, very well for the last three nights. The rooms are clean and very much in keeping with typical Holiday Inn standards. The bathrooms was clean, but due for a remodel. I have... more

THIS PLACE WAS NASTY!! Everyone of the employee's were very rude. I walked into my room and there was hair all over the floor. It looked as if no one even bothered to vacum the floor. There was mold in the bath tub were it was never cleaned. The saop in the shower was never replaced. I called down to... more

This is an old holiday inn, but we knew it would be. The rooms are basic and a little bit run down. Stopped on the way home and my only request of the desk when I was inquiring about a room was do you have on command movies. They said yes, but get to the room and the system wasn't... more

I travel 75% of the year and thus I require a clean place to stay and believe that the service staff should keep the room clean and replace the consumables such as soap, towels, cups, coffee, and ice bags; if you believe these things do not stay here. I have stayed at this hotel due to the proximity for around... more

We had a unique situation where we were in the process of replacing our Executive Housekeeper. We now have an Executive Housekeeper who brings with her years of experience and who has focused like a laser on the cleanliness of rooms. We have had a meeting with our entire staff to train them on unique situations and appropriate responses. We...

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding and would not recommend this hotel. It is hard to find if you do not know the area. Our room was suppose to be non-smoking, but could smell it. Most of the smoke smell came from the vents in the bathroom which didn't take long to fill up our room. The beds... more
