A very good Hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Access from Interstate is great too. Staying here again in June 2013

All was nice but the full size bed. Two grown adults didn't quite fit. Other then that it was awesome. Staff at the front desk was very good. With all us ladies coming in at once made it abit difficult for them however, they handled the pressure very well. Kudo's to the front desk staff!!!!!! Thanks for everything.

TThe only thing was the tubs in the bathroom need better slip resistance in them. the tubs are very slippery, making them a little unsafe. the hotel was in great area, easy to get to from anywhere. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient. All in all my stay there was very good.

I was greatly delayed in starting my trip and called while on the road to say I would be arriving late. The check in person was very cordial on the phone, telling me the room would be saved and not to worry and be safe on the road. She was very welcoming in person when I finally arrives at 11:00... This is your basic hotel, the rooms were clean and had refrigerators and microwave ovens. We were in town for the Berks Jazz Festival, and this location was great.. It is across the street from the host hotel and near many of the music venues. We didn't spend too much time in the room, so it met our needs perfectly.... More
