“Poor experience”

Although we requested a non-smoking room when booking over the internet, we received a smoking room upon arrival. -We were told it was "the last available room". The check-in process lasted 15 minutes due to computer issues and the attendant choosing to answer the phone every time it rang. I was looking for an inexpensive, quick stop for an overnight trip between business meetings. It wasn't the Taj Mahal, but i wasn't expecting one either. while this hotel is not brand new they have done a great job at providing a comfortable, and clean room. The rooms are good sized and I liked that I could park right outside the room. The breakfast bar they provide is wonderful. It even includes freshly made Belgian Waffles! The prices are very affordable and the staff very pleasant! more
