While well located on a quiet and lovely street, this B&B is just average in appearance and accommodations. They have a lovely porch and nice gardens located just next to a college. They're surrounded by other lovely, old homes and the river walk is only 1 block away. Very well located and a short 4 block walk to restaurants. The owner brings a carafe of wine and some cheese to start your stay. Took it on the porch which was lovely.

The rooms are OK not up to par with other slighly more expensive B&Bs. Our room had a small, older tile shower and the window was covered with an insulated board. It's not as warmly decorated and finished as many other B&Bs. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and we were not asked anything about food preferences. The coffee was average (maxwell house). For the price it's a reasonable value. more
