Since the Gamblers came to town it's tough to find a room that hasn't been smoked in. Tried to book at Hilton Garden in but they couldn't guarantee a No Smoking room, too bad they lost 4 rooms at 2 nights and pissed off 2 families of Hilton Rewards Members. Decent stay while in WB on business. Clean rooms and what you normally expect from HGI. Bed was below average and front desk staff was not very friendly when we were checking in. I guess I would have a bad attitude if I had to live in Wilkes Barre, so I can let it go. more

This hotel is fine. Clean. Nice staff. Our complaint is that they make you pay for each person, even when you're a family. Other Hiltons, and other hotels in the W-B area, don't charge extra for a child.
