We chose this hotel after exhaustive review of all of the hotels surrounding the NBOME testing center. We were not disappointed. We have had to stay in multiple hotels up and down the east cost for various tests and I think this was our best experience. The room was modern and CLEAN. We opted for the upgraded corner room because... More

Staff was wonderful. Lobby has really cool vibe. Bed was FABULOUS!! Like, I looked into buying the mattress and sheets FABULOUS. Room was a little small. Could use better cleaning here and there. Area with toilet and shower could use some shelving. Parking should be free at this location - the lot is huge (and it takes forever to exit).... More

This Marriott property seems to be always under construction. Add that perennial inconvenience to the very weird parking garage (I guess they had to build it that way due to the topography of the ground/hill) and this Marriott becomes one of my less favorite destinations I the Marriott world. On the good side, the hotel staff are personable, the restaurant/bar... More

I sleep in a hotel about 150 nights per year and I am a fan of Marriott hotels because they are usually very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Marriott Philadelphia West is all of these things! Their service and staff are friendly, efficient, and fast. The rooms are updated and really nice! Parking is included which is nice. It is a... More

Full disclosure: I'm a Hilton loyalist, so when my new job put me up in a Marriott property I had my hesitations. There certainly wasn't anything wrong with the stay, but it wasn't enough to make me consider switching from Hilton! The hotel itself is nice and offers plenty of amenities (restaurant, etc.). I wish there were more places to... More

Why can't all three star hotels be this nice? I was surprised to learn they're getting ready to renovate, because our room was in great shape. We got a quiet night's sleep on a very comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room -- what's not to love? I was surprised to learn they're getting ready to renovate, because both the... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Housekeeping somehow overlooked our room for two days in a row, and did our bed, or clean the bedroom or bathroom at all. Upon returning to our room both he first and second night, we called the front desk. They sent a very nice and very apologetic man to the room to... More

We were here over thanksgiving weekend....the staff and servers at the hotel and restaurant could not have been nicer or more accommodating. My husband and I were visiting our family and would bring our grandsons in on occasion and everyone bent over backwards to give us great service.mHotel was in the process Of redoing some of the rooms, but no... We opt to stay at this hotel when we return to Philadelphia because of the convenient location to family and family events. Service is consistent - friendly and professional. Our servers in The Legends for breakfast were especially so. One went out of her to see if we were eligible for the free breakfast since we were hotel guests, and... More

We did not want to drive home 40 miles , after my nephew's wedding. Also , accompanied by wife's 100 year old aunt was a fine reason to stay the night. This hotel was a fine choice with handicapped accessible rooms and bell boy service. Indoor Parking is free for guests , a real benefit if the weather is not... More
