The staff at this hotel is in need of a course in Customer Service. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. He refused to accept my online reservation and actually reduced me to tears with my three kids standing there. I felt helpless. Please do not take your family here. They don't want you. more

Lovely rooms, staff was wonderful and so friendly, made you feel like a long time friend. Breakfast was just perfect for on the run. Rooms clean and new.
