My family and I stayed at the Wayne Hotel for a wedding, and we've never experienced such horrible food and beverage service in our lives. It started at dinner on Friday night, continued through to the bar service on Saturday night, and to no surprise service was horrible for Sunday brunch. We were not approached by even one manager to... More

I am sure that most people will be able to recognize this review for what it is, and that there are “two sides to every story.” But it never ceases to amaze me that, after acting badly, some people have no hesitation to misrepresent the facts, then hide behind the anonymity of a negative online review. It is unfortunate that... More

I love the Wayne hotel. I came here for work and if I ever travelled through for a road trip I'd make sure to stop off and stay here. The food is delightful, the cocktail bar is extensive and very well crafted, and the service is second to none. Big comfy beds, big rooms, a nice bath, and a view... More

Classic glamour meets modern convenience. I loved this stay. I was here for a weekend wedding and chose this hotel because it was the higher end of the wedding guest accommodations. It's located in a small little PA town just outside of Philadelphia, and the area surrounding the hotel is actually very charming with lots of boutique style shops, spas,... More

Arrived on Friday; checked out on Sunday; the staff couldn't have been more accommodating ! The rooms are beautifully appointed as is the whole hotel. An inspired mix of the contemporary in keeping with the historic nature of the hotel. We had a wedding ceremony in the hotel that was elegant and beautiful in front of the fireplace, with 50... Hotel has great location for walking around Wayne, with very comfortable rooms. Fine bar for locals and guests, with bar menu, and excellent dining room with superior wine list. Breakfast included with good selection, including perfect house-made, flakey, butter French Croissants.......you think you are in Paris.

I really was looking forward to this hotel as I have eaten at the restaurant many times before and it is such a charming hotel. However the room did not live up to my expectations. The room was blah and did not carry the same decor of the common areas. Also for me is important to have a nice bed... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that the décor in our newly renovated rooms was not to your liking - I can certainly appreciate that everyone has different tastes and preferences. I apologize for our oversight in not placing the tissues in your bathroom. Most of all, I regret that you felt... More

We try to stay at the Wayne whenever we visit the Philly area. Tom at the front desk is always very welcoming and goes out of his way to make our stay a great experience. The hotel is housed in an older building, but it has been very nicely renovated. The king superior rooms are especially nice, with big marble... More

Clean, neat facility and room. Friendly staff. Called two other hotels in the area of Villanova University. Got no answer at one and no availability at the other. Was willing to settle because it was late and we needed a room. The Wayne turned out to be a fine hotel in a very nice area.

We picked the Wayne Hotel because of its location near my mother's retirement community and that it was a non-chain hotel. While it is just off a busy road, it is set back enough to be quiet and have a presence. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are all walkable. The hotel is an older building yet decorated in new, hip decor and... More

What a wonderful place to spend a few days to get away from the rat race. I loved my cozy room on the top floor. The hotel was clean, updated and full of charm. It was warm enough to enjoy the large porch and sit in the sun and read. Dinner was absolutely the best, thanks for a great stay!
