The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is very convenient when visiting Washington and Jefferson College. While visiting our son during Family Weekend, we were able to walk back and forth from campus with ease. Although the room was adequate, we were bothered by noise from adjacent rooms as well as the hallway. There is... More

My husband and I stayed in the Beatles Suite 601. It was beautiful and very clean. I am not sure where the other people that wrote these reviews had stayed but I cannot believe them. I am so glad I did not take their opinions into consideration when booking this hotel. It is very old but recently updated. There was... More

I ended up at this hotel as all the others in the town were booked up. I usually stick to chain hotels when traveling for business, but desperate times call for desperate hotels. The hotel felt as if it'd once been very grand, but the half effort refurbishing resulted in a shabby sort of feel. The sheets were thin and... More

I stayed here in December 2011 My boyfriend and I wanted to stay somewhere close to home but have a getaway for new years eve. From reading the other reviews, I can see that the place has not changed much in the past year or so. First, I reserved a room specifically with a Jacuzzi tub on the website and... More

We spent one night here enroute to the south from Ontario. The hotel is in the wonderful old downtown area of Washington PA. Lots of great architecture to be seen. The hotel is really old, filled with character, clean and quiet and mostly updated within the limitations of a building this old. Simple amenities in the bathroom, but clean and... More

I travel a lot on business and am not a difficult customer. I used to work in remote oilfields - so have I stayed in some rough places. I never ever experienced a place like this. The exterior is ragged. The lobby is old and tired. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk for a very long... More

It seemed clean enough, but VERY noisy. The walls are paper thin, loud banging doors, and you hear all outside noises including a clock that chimes every 15minutes. The mattress was creaky every time I moved. Got no sleep. Small bathroom with no room to put your belongings. No hot water in the faucet. Only one nightstand. Certainly not worth... More

After seeing the reviews on this site I was concerned about having all my family and friends stay here for our wedding. I can't believe how different the experience was vs. the reviews. Everyone went out of their way to make my groom and I and all our guests have a wonderful stay. TJ was very attentive to everyone's needs.... More

I have been staying at the hotel now over the last month for about 2 - 3 days per week. The rooms are furnished exquisitely and are very clean. I have found the staff very friendly, accommodating and egar to do what is necessary to make my stays pleasant. The desk staff always speaks and calls me by name when... More

By far the worst place we have ever traveled. We were there for a wedding and the fire alarms kept going off. Understanding it was a new system and they had no organization. I watched the Director of Operations act as if he was to good to do actual work. Also, I found 2 roaches on the 6th floor. The... More
