The best night sleep I've had in a while in a very comfortable bed. Soft towels, soft sheets, fascinating décor. Very accommodating innkeepers (we got in very late and at the last minute) Rose's stuffed French Toast Breakfast amazing! A whole hearted recommendation!

Everything was perfect here. The home is beautifully yet comfortably decorated, our room was spacious (we had the Chelsea so it had pocket doors to divide it in to 2 rooms. The kids had their own space and TV) We enjoyed the gazebo in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located. It was... More

Gorgeous Victorian home inside and out, tranquil garden and attentive and caring hosts - our visit was perfect! You feel like family as soon as you enter. Definitely stay there again on our next visit.

It was one week ago, tonight, that we spent our first night, of two, in the Chelsea Room at Grammy Rose's. We ( my mother, sister, 2 adult daughters, and myself) made plans months ago to stay here ~ on a recommendation from my oldest daughter, who had enjoyed her stay at the B & B last August. The rest... On a recent business trip as an alternative to staying in a chain hotel, I spent two nights at Grammy Rose's. If you are looking for a Victorian experience, look no further. Tim and Rose are very hospitable. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious as Rose is a very good cook. Tim actually scraped the frost off... More

Rose is a very friendly and helpful lady. The house has been sympathetically modernized to provide a B&B with en suite facilities in a Victorian house. But she does love her China dolls, plates and knick naks and must love dusting because they are everywhere. Therefore there is not much room to put anything down even in the bedroom. Breakfast... While it is true that most guest prefer to park as close as possible, There is a 20 car parking lot in the rear of the facility. There is also on street parking & if needed we have access to a private lot across the street. we can park approximately 50 cars during our events. Hope this clears the parking... More

My mom & I spent one night here as we were traveling through PA to MO. Tim was very pleasant and more than accommodating as he carried all our bags in for us. He even was willing to plug my electric cooler in overnight for me. He showed us all the bedrooms (we were the only guests this particular night)... More

We stayed for one night. Tim and Rose were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent...could not have been more enjoyable. The only reason I gave a 4 (in my opinion) is there is way too much clutter and knick naks throughout the whole house. The room was very nice but not much room on the dresser or tables to... More

This was my first experience with a Bed and Breakfast, and I was thoroughly pleased. Grammy Rose's Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. It was so welcoming and clean. Rose and Tim were such a delight with their warm hospitality! The breakfast was so AMAZING! Our stay was splendid and so relaxing. We can’t wait to return.

While there's not a whole lot to do in Washington, Pennsylvania, it was worth stopping a night to stay at Grammy Rose's B&B and to take in a game at the Washington Wildthings. There is a great garden gazebo for relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic!
