Found this on the internet while traveling in the area. Victorian house that is loaded with dolls, knickknacks and other furniture. Very welcoming hosts. I found it a little busy vs. relaxing. Our bedroom had a private bath that was small and had a unique, loud motor to flush the toilet. Breakfast was quite sweet (sugar type).

We stayed at Grammy Rose's on our way to Gettysburg. We stayed in the Chelsea suite which had a king bed and two twins bed separated by pocket doors. Just what we needed since there were 3 of us. Owners were very helpful with dinner suggestions and breakfast was delicious!

My daughter and I stayed at Grammy Rose's while visiting the campus of W&J. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We felt very comfortable as Tim and Rose are excellent hosts.
