Needed a place to stay so did not have to fight the snow home at 1 in the morning. The motel is under construction... was very clean. And a nice rest. There is really nothing to right home about this place.

Dear Valued Guest, Winter travel can be unpredictable and it is always a pleasure for us to provide a clean, comfortable bed, and safe place to stay for weary travelers. As you mentioned we are being renovated and have begun the process in the lobby and meeting space. Soon those renovations will move to our restaurant and lounge with some... More

We stayed here with our kids in the winter. The pool apparently used to be outside, like a courtyard pool, surrounded by hotel buildings, then someone made the decision to enclose it. Brilliant. Great and spacious play area, wonderful pool and space for kids. We had a room where the door opened to the parking lot, but the sliding glass... More

Dear Valued Guest, I'm so happy to hear you had a great time with your family during your stay! Having enough space for guests to stretch and roam as well as the entertainment options in the Indoor Courtyard is only one of the things making this a great property for family stays! Our on property restaurant is now open for... More

In the area for a quick family visit, we stayed using IHG rewards points. Point price was way out of line with value received. The room was clean and functional; the bed comfortable. The room was at the back of the hotel and NOT poolside - both good choices. The staff was polite, helpful and welcoming. This area is part... More

Dear Valued Guest, It is the goal of our staff to provide a clean, comfortable environment for all our guests. As the only full service hotel in the area, with a wide array of entertainment option available in our Indoor Courtyard, we are a favorite location for families to stay and play. I was sorry to hear you did not... More

This is not representative of the other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. While I was there, a management team was reviewing plans for hotel renovations, long overdue. Hopefully with the addition of several new hotels in the area, more competition, they will put the money in to improve the facility. Rooms were clean but the heat couldn't be turned... More

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. Renovations are indeed beginning and we are excited to share them with all our guests. The restaurant is now open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and our Lounge continues to open at 4pm each day. The Indoor Courtyard is a favorite recreation location for our guests... More

While visiting friends in Ohio, we all drove to Pennsylvania to see Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water house. We had left the overnight hotel reservation up to the other couple to arrange. At first, from the outside, the Holiday Inn was underwhelmingly plain. It looks more like a warehouse than a hotel. And, while it is basic in many ways,... More

Dear Valued Guest, The square space of our hotel does lend the building a "boxy look". However, as you discovered that "box" contains a Large Indoor Courtyard with a heated pool that is larger than any other hotel in the area. It is a favorite location for families traveling with their children to relax because not only can they swim,... More

Several factors contributed to our displeasure. First the entrance we were told to go in was not accommodating to get a luggage cart in. The carts had to be brought from the lobby. Once we were in our room, there were two doors, one opened into a common are where kids were playing, having fun, which was good for them,... More
