This is an older property, but it has a lot of great features. Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. It's dated, for sure, but it's clean and has many features to make up for that. First off - the units are very large. We had 2 BRs and 2 1/2 baths. Bedrooms had large comfortable beds. Unit had... More

We exchanged a timeshare week through RCI to stay here. We knew before we came that it wasn't a Gold Crown resort, but we were a bit leery since there were some pretty bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! We traveled with 4 adults and 4 children under 12 yrs old. The unit is a split-level...as you walk in, if... More

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to write this thoughtful review back in October. It sounds like you had a great time during your stay. Sorry about the maintenance issues and not having horseback riding available while you were here. All of your feedback... More

If you are just looking for a place to flop after a day of skiing and arent concerned with typical amenities, this might work for you. As a summer destination, its the pits. Units are probably 25-30 years old and the outsides look worn down. Grounds are not attractive and fairly unattended. Upon arrival, it appeared that our unit had... More

Upon arrival the resort looked rather shabby. Once we got inside our unit however our opinion instantly grew more favorable. It was very clean, functional and homey. Being a split level the living space was on a different floor from the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms had a private bath with a half bath upstairs. The staff was great... More

The accommodations are decent. Fireplace, sauna, whirlpool bath, which are all nice after skiing all day. Our unit was clean and had the basic items we needed such as pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, tv, dvd, towels, wash cloths, soap. And did I mention it really is only 2 miles from Elk. Can't beat the location. The people at the... More

We knew not to expect a 5 star resort when we booked this. Most places in the general area are a little run down, but we were there to ski, not to hang out in the room. Check in was easy and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who took time to answer questions and give a few... More

Thank you for visiting us a few years ago, and I'm sorry about responding so late. A lot has changed since you were here last, and we're excited about all of the improvements that have been made.
