The hotels location is good. The room was clean but old. The bathroom needs an overhaul. The staff was good at check-in but when the people above us started to party at around 3 am. It took three calls to the desk over two hours and a threat to call the police on the guests til they finally stopped. With... More

Right! So I must first admit that after hiking the AT for anything more than a week any hotel room with a bed, shower and a flushing toilet would feel great, but this place is good. For the price I paid I got a clean room with a soft king size bed and very helpful staff. Outdated furniture but everything... More

We booked this motel at 8:00 in the evening. We originally found a coupon in the Interstate travel magazine. When we called from the road, the manager seemed rude and said we could not use it. We could not understand exactly what he said. We decided to call the national # for Choice Hotels and booked it through the AARP... More

Our GPS led us slightly astray on the way, advising us to turn left instead of right from the 80 East off ramp, but backtracking a bit, there it was. We were met with a slow check in line, perhaps due to language issues (South Asian staff), but the lobby/breakfast area was pleasant with leather sofas. The structure was somewhat... More

Great place to stay while we were attending the West End Fair Grounds, only 17 miles away. Nice clean well lit rooms, free cont. breakfast, with a pancake house next door.Conveniently located from the hi way and within walking distance to down town main street, with old time stores ,a good place to window shop and has much night life.A short drive... The room was decent and the rate was inexpensive so I went for it. The breakfast is cereal and bagels and coffee so I ate next door at Compton's Pancake House which was good. The room never really cooled down to the cold level I like, but it was adequate.

It was a last minute plan to go to Pa visit family and stay by my moms assisted living facility. All the hotels were booked so we were a little iffy about reserving the room at the Econo Lodge. We were totally surprised, it could absolutely use a good update but it was clean and had NO smell which I... More

Older motel, freshly shampooed carpet had a damp odor.however room was very clean. Staff friendly. Incredibly soft, white sheets and towels. Parking a little tight. In town for family wedding, needed to stay only one night. Very good rate, 1 double. Located by highway exit, very convenient

My family and I stayed here on a family trip to Camelbeach Waterpark. Although the rooms were small and need updated, we were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was also very quiet. The price was great! We would definitely stay here again. If you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel, walk... More

We returned to our home away from home again this summer. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is the best! Always helpful and knowledgeable with what to do in the area. We hope to get back again this fall and will definitely book our room here! Thanks for the great stay!
