I was very happy with our stay. We took our sixteen year old daughter to Penn State to see the volleyball team win yet again!! She loved it. It was a very clean place to stay and located in a perfect area. Also it was very quiet to sleep at night. We did enjoy the pool and whirlpool after the... more

We stayed as Platinum members and had used our points. We went to this hotel to visit Penn State and was impressed with the clean and up to date rooms. I requested a fridge and microwave and was happy to see it was in my room upon arrival without having to remind the front desk. more

The room I stayed in at the Marriot was fitted with all of the necessary creature comforts: a refrigerator, a microwave, and a nice little couch. Additionally, a terrace with a chair and table provided a nice opportunity for outdoor air. The room wasn't huge but the hallway between the door and the sleeping space was long and ample, which... more

Not a bad hotel at all... As a matter of fact ask for a room on the back of the building as I think most have a balcony. I was also lucky enough to have a small fridge and microwave in the room. more

We stayed at the Courtyard for a football weekend. This was our first stay at the Courtyard, but I stay at Courtyards frequently on business trips. I used my Marriott points to book the stay, which was a wise choice since they raise the prices to $310/night (2 night minimum) on football weekends (as I'm sure every other hotel in... more

Recently upgraded, I stay here on business once a month and they take very good care of me. I am a Marriott rewards member and that helps! I often get free room upgrades, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and knowledgable of the area. I will continue to stay here on my frequent... more

This Courtyard gives you what you come to expect from the chain. A clean hotel with amenities that are geared towards business travelers, along with friendly and helpful service. I did find the pool area to be better than most Courtyards. The lap pool was large and had a nice water feature behind it and the jacuzzi was just fine.... more

We Have stayed in this hotel numerbous times and it by far has been the best hotel we have stayed in at state college. Diana at the front desk is wonderful and all the other staff was very helpful as well. It's quiet yet close enough to town to go to the night life. Strongly recommend this hotel. more
