Stayed last weekend in this 'hotel'. I would not recommend to anybody. Room was not clean. Overnight I was bitten by 'bedbugs'. Contacted staff by e-mail about this. No response. Pool was not working. more

We had our family reunion and thanksgiving here. The service was excellent from making sure all the children were safe and busy playing while everyone else was able to peacefully enjoy the magnificent view and a wonderful dinner. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves outside of the cottages we stayed in. The place is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible time with the family. Good place for family vacation and family get together. I would recommend it!! more

Dont go by other reviews. Me, my wife and my two daughters had an amazing experience while staying here. The hotel is great, rooms are excellent (especially the suites on first floor), the service and staff is warm and welcoming. Had a spaash here in south sterling. more
