Stayed for one night with husband and two kids under 6. Check in staff was friendly and informative. Lobby was clean and inviting. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff upon check-in. Very informative about fireworks display and where to watch them. My only complaint (and subsequent ding in ratings) was the food. The wife eyeballed the restaurant and lounge, and said that she got a bad "vibe". In fact, she said she startled the bartender. The outside of the hotel is run down, but the rooms themselves were ok. They were clean and the hotel staff was helpful. We stayed due to the proximity of the ski resorts. This Holiday Inn was exactly what was expected, that is, perfect over night accommodation for visiting Falling Water and at a bargain price.
