the Knights Inn Somerset is clean and offers rooms at budget prices. The front office is helpful and courteous. The room, shades of the fifties, was very clean-bathrooms, carpet, drapes etc, etc. We had a quiet, restful night at about $55, and would stay here again. I recommend the Knights Inn for its clean, quiet setting and decent rate. Give... More

Hilarious really. 1985 never left this hotel. It took me back big time. But hey. They updated the bathroom. And maybe even the sheets (but not the comforter). It's cleanish. Just outdated. You get what you pay for and they throw some donuts and cheap coffee out too.

Tried to stay at this Knights Inn. We were there less than ten minutes. The room was musky smelling, dirty and there were large tufts of dog hair in the bed. The Towels were tattered and torn. The sheets had blood stains. Upon trying to check out the manager was very adverse and even hostile. Take your money elsewhere and... More

Pretty dated...like other reviews said...and not as clean as other reviewers indicated...several lights didn't work and the rest were low wattage perhaps to cover the not that clean room. Price was very low and counter guy was friendly. Always a concern though when the host is behind a window and slides the paper work through the slot. Several alternatives at... More

Stayed 5 nights was OK, room avg. Good night's sleep. Left for one day to go to airport. Returned to stay for at least one week or more. Put us in dirty room and refused to move us. Asked for non-smoking and got smoking. Had no Internet cigarette ashes on floor, dirty shelves, a/c kept freezing up. Then harassed us... More

Adequate room size, two queens and space for an extra mattress. Popcorn ceilings with old dark carpet, 80's decor and all castle themed. Small bathroom with a bottle opener on the door frame. Poorly cleaned shower with very small sink and scratches on the base. Overall, not terrible but certainly nothing to write home about.

This is one of a few older hotels in Somerset that while it is showing its age the owners do their best to keep it up to date and clean. It is located right off the turnpike and is really easy to get to. The wifi isn't the best, but it is faster than dial up, so there is that.... More

I know that this is not a five star hotel, but I was very happy with it. First, we got it for a GREAT price. It was a modest drive to Kentuck Knob and Fallingwater which is why we stayed here. We were able to park right in front of our room every day. We backed in and walked a... More

Okay, giving this place 4 stars with my explanation of why. All I needed was a safe, clean place to stay for 1 night on a pit stop to my final destination. This fit the bill perfectly for me. This is a very old property. Everything is old. The table and chairs are old with chipped paint. The beds are... More

I stayed at this hotel in April 2015. This is an older Knights Inn and is showing its age a bit (aren't we all!). The towels are thin, the bars of soap are tiny, and the complimentary breakfast is spartan - although not a whole lot different than my usual weekday breakfast. However, the room was clean and comfortable and... More
