Don't leave anything in your room, Housekeeping which are Foreigners will take it and denied taking it. Was first given handicap room which was not acceptable. Don't recommend this place, the bedspread on bed had a big stain in the middle and it look nasty. The internet only worked half the time, problems, problems.

The hotel was clean and fresh,but there is no elevator..I could not understand since they had luggage carts . Customers with disabilites should stay clear of this place.Also the circuit for the hair dryer and electric shaver was no working.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgable and able to give good directions. The value for the stay was very good. The hotel pool, spa and sauna where excellent. We was very pleased when we checked in ...Janet at the front desk was fantastic....very helpful and FRIENDLY......our room was very nice and clean ....our time here was great.....Breakfast was good ...very surprised with the variety.....VERY YUMMY.....WILL STAY HERE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN TOWN!!!

I stayed here a couple months ago and the hotel was not up to my standards. The staff was friendly but not very helpful when I asked for directions and nearby hotels.
