My boyfriend and I stayed here in November because we had tickets for the playhouse, which is just next door. Rose Ann and Pete are absolutely wonderful! They were happy to accommodate my gluten-free diet for breakfast and shared advice on places to eat and other local activities over the weekend. Just the loveliest people! We stayed in the oak... On our first visit to the area, I saw the inn and was determined to stay there the next time we went skiing. The hosts are amazing, make you feel at home and are so welcoming. The breakfasts are just wonderful (my son still talks of them). The rooms are individual, quirky and very comfortable. The location is ideal, shop, bar/restaurant... More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the inn for a long weekend. We found the inn peaceful and relaxing with the most gracious hosts, Rose Ann and Pete. We stayed in the bridal suite, which was slightly more secluded on the third floor, and included a private bath adjacent to the room. The bed was comfortable, the room was... More

My boyfriend and I came from New York City on a Friday afternoon to spend some time relaxing, and Stony Brook Inn was just so lovely. The surrounding area and the b&b itself is so quaint, and Pete and Rose Ann are just wonderful people. They were having a cocktail party on the Friday that we were there, and were... More

My husband and I had a such a wonderful time at the Stony Brook Inn. We reserved two nights there in March and planned to ski while we were there. The Inn was easily found using their directions from the website, and welcomed us with candles in the windows and a snowman out front. We were greeted by Pete and... More
