If you are tired of every motel you stay at being almost the same...check this place out. Neat antique furnished rooms with really nice flowering grounds in front of the property. Priced right and well staffed with really nice people. Close to everything and a pleasant change of pace from what you expect from a motel.Call them and inquire what... More

We have been going to Phillip's Motel for several years now, so I'm long overdue to write a review. I have to say that Phillip's Motel is the nicest motel we have ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully decorated and so comfortable, and are very clean and spacious. The bathrooms are spotless and we are always provided with plenty... More

We stayed here 3 nights over New Year's. The rooms are spacious with a large area around the bathroom sink for storage/food prep if you so choose. Small fridge and mw included. The furnishings were lovely antiques including a four-poster bed that our puppy had a great time running underneath. The bed was a bit high, but a two step... More

This place was a great find on the road from Hersey up to Buffalo . I was told that the motel has been family owned for the past 60 years. Check in person was very nice and rooms were very nice with old oak furniture , comfortable beds and at a good price . I just really enjoyed the look... More

If you are in the Shamokin Dam, PA, area and need a good place to stay....try the Phillips Motel..right on Route 15. We were surprised to find out it is quite large with several buildings behind the one facing the road. The landscaping and flowers are beautiful! When we stayed, we were placed in one of the back buildings so... More

I had passed the Phillips Motel literally hundreds of times when I was going to college in Selinsgrove, PA but never had occasion to stop. This September we were getting together in Northumbeland, PA and everyone from out of town stayed there. The Phillips is privately owned and is a real step back in time to the days when your... More

We've stayed here many times over the past 15 years. This year's stay was horrible. Had reservation for a week, checked out after one night. Room reeked of mold and was very musty. A/C was noisy, lights shone in room through bathroom door that wouldn't shut. Had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell and road noise... More

We have stayed here several times and thought we should share our experiences. It is not a chain motel but a "Mom and Pop" motel, now run by two brothers. The rooms are nice sized with older 'antique' type furnishings with multiple tables and chairs. It is like staying at a relative's guest cottage. We usually stay in the rooms... More

We travel three or four times a year to Lewisburg to go antiquing. We always make a point to stay here to give it business as It is part of a dying breed of family owned motels. This place is outstanding. Nothing terribly fancy, but with all of the amenities one would expect. Absolutely CLEAN and well maintained. Comfortable and... More
