Grandaughter was due to compete in state Swim meet and my car died in the parking lot. Hotel staff drove us to the meet and had our car fixed while we were at the meet and we were even provided with transportation back to the hotel. Hotel staff went above and beyond any expectations. Great Stay, Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff. more

Cannot believe that we went to breakfast the first morning and everything was put away before the breakfast time was over. I complained at front desk and they said it happens ALL TIME! The Mexican family runs the restaurant and also does the hotel breakfast. Hard bagels, frozen english muffins and watered down juices. Finally managed to get a bagel,... more

My daughter attends a college in the area and we booked the Econo Lodge for family week-end. When I had called for a reservation, Econo Lodge was the only motel/hotel in the immediate area with an availability for the week-end I needed. It is a very basic motel, the room was clean, towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.... more

It was awful. My wife was attacked by bed bugs. 68 bites. Out of work all week. In addition to the bed bugs, when we returned after the first night, the room had been "cleaned". There was a empty Sprite can on the floor and a filthy rag/tshirt had been thrown on top of our dirty clothes. We should have... more

This is a rehabbed property reminiscent of the typical Holiday Inn, inside and out. Restaurant in front [current one is Mexican], center courtyard with pool. Rooms are small but adequate, small bathroom with tub, sink adjacent. The staff was friendly. In room furnishings were adequate, nothing special. Bed was comfortable though. High speed internet is available in room but only... more

Smoking room when non smoking was reserved. Paint falling off the walls, cracks in the sink, Cigarette holes in the bed spread and the blankets. The room reeked of smoke and the bugs that greeted us at the door of the room were more friendly and helpful than the staff at the front desk. Pass this one by! more

There are bugs that like to stick to the door in the morning. This is caused mostly because of the bright light outside the doorway. The swimming pool is ice cold even in late June. The attached restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The free morning breakfast consists of toast, bagels, coffee/tea and a small juice. Again leaves a... more

Okay, I was nervous when we heard that this hotel had switched hands and was now an EconoLodge but we'd stayed there in the past and the service was probably better as an EconoLodge than a Quality Inn. We stayed here for the PA state swimming championships in March and we couldn't have been treated better. The rooms are pretty... more

We stayed there during our three-day vacation at Knoebel's Amusement Park. A bright light on the doorway outside our room lead to swarms of insects entering the room every time the door was opened. We asked for the light to be turned off but was told that is was needed for security reasons. The housekeeping staff saw fit to help... more

We were pleasantly surprised with our accomodations! This property used to be a Quality Inn & Suites, but is now an Econo Lodge. It has been recently remodeled, was clean and very enjoyable. The rooms are a bit small, but nice. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We would stay in this hotel again!!! more
