The room was lovely. Mark and Brenda Miller were very helpful with finding local places to visit. We talked about our interests and they made good suggestions. We like to thank them for a great time. The house itself was very old but updated where it needed to be.

The Brownstone Colonial Inn is a beautifully restored home that is owned by a very sweet couple, Mark and Brenda Miller. They really make you feel welcomed during your stay and Brenda makes a delicious breakfast for guests in the morning. I would highly recommended it to anyone who would like to stay at something different. The rooms are clean... More

We had the best weekend staying at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. Brenda & Mark (and their sweet boxers Molly & Sophie) were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our room with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The breakfasts were done really well with everyone gathering around a very large table in the kitchen. It's so nice to... More

I planned a split trip with my nieces between Hershey and Lancaster, but the Brownstone Colonial Inn was the highlight of the trip! We loved the Inn more than the stay at the Hershey Lodge, and it was so much more affordable. It was so tranquil and inviting, I slept like a rock. Brenda & Mark were such gracious hosts,... More

We came to attend plays and sightsee for a birthday weekend and the Brownstone Colonial Inn was a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located for all we wanted to do but enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was awesome and Brenda was so welcoming and friendly upon arrival it was more like visiting a friend... More

We loved this place and will definitely make it a point to stay again. Very comfortable room, loved the decor. Brenda and Mark are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing each day, Brenda uses local and seasonal items to prepare the meal.

I love the Colonial Brownstone Inn. The inn is beautifully restored, and the rooms are decorated in period decor, and are lovely. Brenda and Mark are the most gracious, welcoming hosts. The beds are so comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Traveling from Chicago, I appreciated the peaceful, quiet surroundings.

This was our fourth visit to the Brownstone Colonial Inn. The proprietors Brenda & Mark Miller are a special couple that tries to make your stay a memorable occasion. They have a mid week special, stay Monday through Thursday and pay only for three nights. You have four rooms to choose from. We stayed in "Grandpa's Room" which is on... More

We came to the Lancaster area to attend the 2015 LPGA Open but wanted to stay away from the crowds when we weren't at the course. The Brownstone Colonial Inn truly fit that requirement and then some! The Inn owners, Mark and Brenda were caring and helpful when it came to getting around Lancaster County and it's attractions and restaurants.... More

Thank you for reviewing our inn! We agree that even though we are not right in the midst of the tourist part of "Amish country," we are a short, country drive away from the hustle and bustle! We were excited that Lancaster County hosted our first LPGA Women's Open. Anyone who is interested in golf, as you certainly are, will... More
