I purchased a two day package through Social Living after talking with the staff at the Lodge. They gave me the prices for the room regularly and helped me to plan the trip to be cost effective. We stayed in Cabin 2. The room was cozy and a little tight to walk around one side of the bed. The bed... More

Since my original review, about 6 weeks ago, we have been here 2 more times. The place itself is just great. Very clean, the tea and coffee are delicious, and the pastries and cakes are phenomenal. Today we had great cups of tea, an apple dessert that was beyond delicious ( and the manager, Carolyn, offered to heat up for... More

I recently stayed at the Lodge for 10 days while tending to some family health issues. Carloyn and Her staff were the most accomodating people anyone could possibly encounter. They all went above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible. I have stayed in numerous lodges and B&B's and this one was by far the winner, because of... More

After a day of lounging around, shopping and eating, my friends and I decided to check out the Mountaintop Lodge. We were staying nearby (within 2 miles) and just realized that the sign outside of the Lodge said "Coffee and Pastry Shop". We thought that we would stop in for a quick cup of coffee, so we could sit around... More

What a wonderful weekend spent at the Mountaintop Lodge. The manager Carolyn was so warm and accommodating that we felt as if we were leaving a friend when it was time to check out. The lodge was renovated recently and has a nice cafe where you can get a great breakfast.. I will definitely keep this little gem in mind... More

It takes one person to spoil our vacation. Christina at the front desk is a vindictive person; scum of the earth. My wife was locked out at 6:30pm on a Sunday night with a wind chill factor of 10 degree F. She had an emergency and had to use the facilities. Christina saw my wife banging on the door but... More

My family members stayed at the Mountaintop Lodge for New Year's Eve 2013/2014. The owners have done an amazing job renovating the facilities to create a warm, comfortable environment for travelers! It's truly a unique experience for the area. Of note, all hotel guests have use of the Lake Naomi facilities - which operate year-round. Plus, on-site breakfast at the... More

We stayed for 2 nights - December 29 & 30. Stayed one night in a 2-BR with fireplace and one night in a cabin with King bed, fireplace, and jacuzzi. We loved our stay. It was so cozy and a perfect place to come "home" to after skiing and snowtubing. Loved the fireplaces, which ended each day so wonderfully. The... More

We wanted to stay in Lake Naomi since we were there to look for a winter house in that town. This was the perfect B&B for us. Check in was on the slow side but I realized that everyone there moves slow. It's a different way of life than I'm used to here in NYC. The place was very clean.... More

We stayed in one of the cabins for this late October weekend. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd return, although probably not for that price, this time of year (off-season, really, as foliage way past peak - we think they should do as most places, as have different prices for different times of year). First, the plusses: -... More
