I cannot believe that Interval International has this hotel(and I use the word loosely) in their inventory. No air conditioning in the bedroom - and we were there in very hot weather. What a horrible DUMP!! The nerve of them to tell me (Interval that is) that this is not a Marriott. It makes Norman Bates motel a 5 star... More

I own four units at the Carriage House and I have seen it get better and better since i bought my first one sight unseen 7 years ago. I live on Long Island and it is a two hour drive to great skiing and a pretty area of the mountains. DO NOT go here if you are looking for a... More

We love going to the Carriage House. Everyone is so friendly and nice. We love going down to see Sean and Maureen. Delicious food. The indoor pool is great cause as long as its not lightning you can swim 24/7. Its not a fancy resort but its very relaxing and quiet. If your looking for room service not the place... More

We are owners, sight unseen & when I started reading reviews by those who had stayed here I started to get worried. Then I saw the website & really couldn't find additional information about the "resort". Well, my husband & I stayed for a week in June 2009 & I sort of liked the place. We were going to be... More

My husband took me to The Carriage House for my birthday. We all had a great time, excellent service, heated pool, very clean rooms. The only problem was that they do not have coffee filters. We went and bought our own. We are planning to go back again. My daughter loved the game room. The exercise machines were in great... More

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, be it with Interval International or independently. IA should be cited for allowing this place to be a recommended stay. I was totally embarassed that I invited friends to vacation with me at this place. NEVER AGAIN here.

My fiance and I "borrowed" the time share from family and didn't read any reviews until a couple of days before we arrived. The other reviews had us terrified and we planned on getting there and most likely finding other places to stay. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff members. Yes, the building is... More

I'm pretty easy to please but seriously, This place is a dump!! There's NO housekeeping!!! The sheets were dirty before we used the bed. When they replaced the sheets, they left them on the end of the bed with the same bedspread and blankets that we originally had which were dirty. I swear I was so itchy I thought there... More

This was the worst "resort" I have ever stayed at. The place was filthy (especially the pool area) and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They did not have the equipment to do the activities and they were not interested in getting it. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival and many of the towels had big stains on them.... More
