My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and it was a wonderful stay! The room was large and comfortably fit my whole family. My kids LOVED the buffet breakfast every morning, I think that was the highlight of their trip! The staff was friendly and the hotel quiet. Great location, it only took us... more

I have stayed here several times before and have given t e hotel good reviews. I, too, experienced the noise, the screaming, the running up and down the halls, the absolute chaos of the weekend. Filled with kids - not college students - but kids in their early teens - unsupervised. It was absolutely awful. I called the desk and... more

Stayed two nights on a weekend; hotel was full of kids (roller hockey teams) etc; room was very nice and clean; however when reservation was made we requested a quiet room away from the elevator; what we received was a room near the elevator and directly above the very popular swimming pool; the pool also had an outsed sitting area... more

I've stayed in this hotel often. We figured we would have another decent weekend here and things were fine until Sunday morning when I made three attempts to get breakfast. The hotel was full of college baseball players with their stuff all over. The breakfast was wiped out and these human garbage disposals were eating it as fast as they... more

One night stay on business. Very helpful staff on the front desk. Rooms are a little tired, but clean. Reasonably well equipped, but not spacious for a suite. Worth considering if the rate is good. No facilites on site except for the Marketplace where you can get drinks and snacks. Breakfast was provided, coffee was not good and the food... more

Great hotel. They had a really wonderful Suite Seasons breakfast with oatmeal, pancakes, hot eggs and a hot sausage or hot bacon plus the normal continental fare. The fitness room had personal tvs for each piece of equipment. The front desk has a list of local restaurants and a pile of menus that do delivery. The only downfall is that... more

Stayed one night, 5 people including 2 19 yr olds, 20 yr old. Chose the hotel for location near Philly. Accommodations were excellent; very clean, plenty of space for five with 2 doubles and a sofa bed. Pool and spa were nice, small but useful exercise room. Went to look at the pool at 8PM - empty, no clean towels.... more

I have stayed at this hotel for 1 night every year for the past 7 years. I think it has slipped the past couple of years. Just stayed this past Friday night (7/19). It seems the power had been off and came back about 20 minutes before we got there. I am told that this has happened a few times... more

This is a typical "suite hotel", but the suites do NOT have any door separating the bedroom from the living room. So if you are bringing kids and want privacy, this would not be ideal. One TV that swivels between the living and sleeping area. Unlike embassy that has two TV's. However, other than that, it is very nicely done.... more

We stayed at this suburban Philadelphia hotel during spring break 2008. It was close to Valley Forge and King of Prussia Mall, two of the places we wanted to see on our trip. While the location was okay - too far for visiting downtown Philadelphia - the hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The refrigerator was barely cold, so... more
