This room wasn't anything extravagant, but it was nice and it was clean. We stayed after a concert and just wanted a cheap place to sleep. we got the room for $68. Our room wasn't dirty at all. It was a very small room, but that's all we really needed. Air conditioning wasn't on when we got there but once... More

The stay was unsatisfactory. Lighting was dim; carpet needs to be replaced. Torn shower curtain; Dingy towels; Grass and shrubs need trimming; Walls need to be washed; Found live roach in drawer; roach is dead now; Internet worked but was slow; Close to interstate but so are hotels and inns. Too scared to try breakfast. I recommend no one stay... More

We needed a hotel for a night to go to a concert. The room was clean, the staff were all very nice and the beds are comfy. Only complaint was tge ac was off when we first came in so the room was roasting and it took a while to cool down. Other than that, couldn't have asked for a... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a great location with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of a major overhaul as far as the rooms go... There is a lot of disrepair. I did find the bed and pillows comfortable. The free breakfast is very minimal to say the least. There is... More

I stayed here for 2 nights while I attended training in Pittsburgh. Overall, the hotel was affordable, quiet and in a decent location. I felt safe in the area and in the room. At night, it was pretty quiet, which was great. I requested a non-smoking room and that's what I got. The AC worked properly. The staff was friendly... More

We arrived at the lobby 10 minutes prior to our shuttle time. We were told the shuttle just left and we would need to wait 40 minutes for another one. I told him we did not want to wait 40 minutes and he said we would just have to wait, he didn't know what to tell us. Front desk staff... More

Cheap hotel in a location filled with restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, but both bathrooms in each room we had were dirty so we called front desk to have it cleaned. Made me iffy about everything else.. woke up early to check out the continental breakfast, but it was pretty bad. Ended up just driving a couple minutes to the... More

We stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites when in town to see the Pittsburgh Penguins play. The hotels close to the Consol Energy Centre were quite expensive for one night. This hotel is close to several amenities including shopping (i.e. Target), with an abundance of restaurants (i.e. Smoky Bones, Olive Garden, etc.), which was great for visitors to the... More

OK hotel as price is fair if booked early and under AAA rate. Breakfast (?) needs upgrade or just go to local eatery (20+) to choose. Bring own food as has frig and microwave in room. Towels are the pits so bring your own or buy at Target just behind hotel.
