Entire hotel was under major construction. The room was covered in dust. We asked for a cleaner room and still dust. Lamps were hanging from the walls and ceilings, unattached. Door jams were missing. Hair all over the dust restroom. We ended up leaving and going to The Double Tree.

The staff was knowledgable about the Pittsburgh Game and their organization for the shuttle to the the Gateway Subway system. It was easy to sign up for a seat and not have to worry about parking. Got back on the T and were picked up after the game. We got back to the hotel and other fans were celebrating in... More

This hotel is under construction so there is debris and dust throughout the common areas. Our room was clean, freshly painted with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and bright with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of hot and cold choices. The negatives are the TV is old... More

There was extensive construction going on. Everywhere. The room was okay, air conditioner worked, nothing wrong in the room. The service was good, they got us extra towels, pillows and blankets right away. Going for breakfast, had to go outside of hotel, of course it was raining and then more construction and a room at the back where the food... More

Heed the warnings. My second stay here and it's still under construction, not ever again. Looks like nothing has been done. I know a good construction company can make this hotel look much better and can keep it cleaner than it is. If the rate was a good bit lower I would stay here again. The room was not too... More

Ignoring the really annoying mess up on their sister hotels' part, and ignoring the charges we had to get refunded, I still struggle to say nice things about this hotel. I think the other reviews sum it up very well, and I simply would avoid staying here until the renovations are complete. We found the staff helpful, but the temporary... More

Don't stay at a hotel under construction. The parking was horrible, the parking lot was dark and dirty, littered with trash and no easy walkway to the hotel. The office was located in a room and it was tight and claustrophobic. The entire place was just dingy and dirty and we were on the side away from the construction! The... More

The staff seemed fairly decent but as far as the hotel itself and the rooms they are a dump. This hotel is way over priced for what you get. The room felt like it was damp and musty. It didn't seem very clean either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had the unfortunate luck of getting stuck here while traveling for work after another hotel botched out reservation. Due to the Regatta, everything centrally located was completely booked (at least in terms of the rooms we needed) and so the company booked and prepaid here. We initially passed the hotel because at night, with no lights, it looked like... More

Spray Painted sign stating "temporary lobby" lead to rude, ignorant, disrespectuful Staff that never asked for my I.D., just my Credit Card. Smelly hallways, one working elevator, one working ice machine, NO WORKING Air conditioning on the fourth floor where my room that the floor was wet, toilet seat cracked room was located (Room 405) next to the other elevator...
