Travelled to Pittsburgh with my young son to watch a hockey game at the Mellon Arena. Front Desk clerks were very pleasant and offered great service - great experience checking in and checking out. Used their business centre briefly - great size and working condition (I travel a lot and always find something wrong with the business centre - but... More

We usually stay at the Hampton Inns whenever we travel because of the clean comfortable and reasonable prices. We stayed at the Greentree/Pittsburgh location for one night in December 2014. We used our Honors points and got a rate of $50.00 so I didn't complain too much. The room was very small (probably the smallest Hampton room we have ever... More

The Hampton at Greentree is a very nice place to stay. I was there for a week on a business trip. The shuttle back and forth from the city is priceless. Just the money I saved in parking fees not to mention the agravation of driving in city was very nice. Every morning I had a great start with a... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Complimentary shuttle services were offered. Maps and directions to downtown Pittsburgh were printed for specific locations. The breakfast was well stocked in the morning (we were up relatively early for a Sat.). The food was hot and the area was clean. Everything was very clean. Decorations were up in the... More

My boyfriend and I drove down from Toronto for a Steelers game. We took the hotel shuttle over to the game and back and we had no complaints! We only waited for about ten minutes coming home. The hotel is close to the Olive Garden (5 mins away which is awesome). It is also not far from other attractions. The... More

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Pittsburg (Greentree) for our granddaughter’s hockey tournament. This is your average Hampton Inn, somewhat out of the way if you are visiting Pittsburg. There is no indoor pool or hot tub and while clean this hotel is about due for a renovation. Breakfast was ok and staff was friendly. If traveling a good choice,... More

We have stayed here several times while visiting our son at Pitt. It has always been clean. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast area is much bigger than a lot of Hampton's and also nicer. We like this Hampton much better than the one closer to campus.

I live on the road and count on properties being consistent with their brand. This is better than what I am used to for a Hampton. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast (not over the top) really nice personnel! I would stay here again. It's not really close to any restaurants, and kind of out of the way, but it... We stayed there Tues before Thanksgiving for one night. We like to stay at Marriotts, Comfort Suites so this was our first HI in a long while. First it is a pet hotel so we were a little concerned there (allergies, asthma, cleanliness). The hotel looked ok at 11pm when we got off the road. It is mostly clean and... More

We typically stay in the Hampton near Station Square but our friends wanted to try Southside. The hotel is Hampton standard: pleasant, quiet, hot breakfast available. When we arrived the desk attendant gave us numbers to secure a cab to our location. Hailing a cab back to the hotel was easy. It cost us about $10 each way.
