My husband and I stayed at the Parador Inn last year for the weekend of the Allegheny West Christmas House tour in the area. It was a great location for the festivities in the neighborhood and we had a wonderful time curling up next to the gas fireplace on a cold evening. Especially loved the claw foot tub and the... I took my son to see the Pittsburgh Steelers game this weekend and we stayed at The Parador Inn. The rooms, amenities and service were outstanding and the owner could not have been nicer and more professional. The Inn is a short walk from the Steelers' and Pirates' stadiums. Highly recommended for a great place to stay in Pittsburgh.

if you plan to stay here, and are delayed in your travels, you WILL be locked out. Airline delays, traffic issues, road construction. It doesn't matter. If you are late, you are out of luck. The host has your money, and you're in the street, period. My wife and I paid good money to stay here, and were delayed. The... More

I like how when someone has an ax to grind, they select certain facts and then change others to suite their point of view. First of all Julie called at 7:30 pm and announced that they wouldn't make my scheduled check-in time of by 8 pm. And I asked her when she expected to arrive and she said around 10:30... More

Our entire family descended on the Parador in late May. I cannot hi I of a better place. We had lovely afternoons in the garden, relaxing breakfasts. We took advantage of the discounts for some of the attractions, too. The inn is a great location, too. I only could have done with blackout curtains on my room at the front... More

My wife gave me tickets to a Pirates game for my birthday. After making a reservation at the Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown, we were having dinner with friends. After they heard our plans, they recommended the Parador. We were able to cancel our reservations at Courtyard, and we booked the Bougainvillea room at the Parador. We never stayed at a B&B... More

My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert Sunday night at Stage AE. The B&B is located just a short walk away. We arrived just before 3pm and our room was ready (African Tulip). Ed provided us with a tour of the property and introduced us to the pups! <3 The guestroom was large and well appointed, loved... More

My wife and I found the Parador here on TA and loved it! Ed was a great host and spectacular chef. We enjoyed staying at this historic and beautiful home. We stayed in the Bird of Paradise room which was large and so relaxing. The original clawfoot tub was spectacular. Breakfast featured orange-french toast while we were there and it... More

My wife and I stayed at the Parador Inn for the second time while in town for Pirates baseball. The Inn is an easy 20 minute walk to PNC Park and right around the corner from Heinz Field. Ed is always a gracious and kind host. His staff, Ty & Dee are also very helpful and attentive. The rooms, we... More

My hubby and I are always looking for something other than cookie-cutter hotel rooms, so we were delighted to come across The Parador Inn. It is a beautiful old building, with all the quirky charm that goes along with that. The Victorian furnishings are impressive, the tropical decor is colorful and whimsical, and the Caribbean music in the background of... More
