The MG Inn is a very picturesque, charming, unexpected, intimate, elegant yet unpretentious place to have a wedding; in short, exactly everything that my husband and I were looking for in a venue. We had a great experience there and so did our guests. Dave might have a bit of an abrupt manner sometimes but you have to remember you... More

First off, let me tell you this. I accidentally booked the wrong date at first, and they were more than accomidating to fixing the problem for me. Right away, good first impression. Then we arrived in Pittsburgh. Seeing that I had never been to Pittsburgh before, it took a minute to figure out all the bridges and where the heck... More

We had a wonderful time at the Morning Glory. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so friendly. The only things I didn't like was the Tempurpedic mattress in the room (just a personal preference) and the single pane windows in the room overlooking the street. Since the Inn is a block off Carson it is loud late at... More

Morning Glory Inn is a charming, beautiful bed & breakfast. The rooms are huge with their own full bathroom beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and warm with friendly staff that cooks a fabulous homemade breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

After a long and arduous journey of wedding planning, my wife and I visited Morning Glory Inn in September of 2010, and settled on a date of November 19th, 2010 for our wedding. With a small wedding in mind, the Morning Glory's charms seemed perfect for our needs. We did fall in love with Morning Glory after meeting with Dave.... More

We look to client reviews to indicate areas that may need attention. We have been in business for 15 years and have continued to love what we do. We do provide a very exceptional offering, especially with our comprehensive "turnkey" wedding celebration "blueprint". We are unique in that we know of no other venue that provides such a complete and... More

We have used the 'annex space' at the Morning Glory Inn several times for small-group company off-sites. This venue provides an excellent atmosphere for deep thought and productive planning with it's lush courtyard and quiet space (eventhough it's so close to downtown.) The staff is very helpful (but, don't be nervous that they run their business in a more relaxed... More

The Morning Glory Inn is very spacious, very confortable and very cosy. We spent only two nights but we really enjoy our time there. The innkeepers are very helpfull. The shopping area is only 5 min away and restaurants are very close to the B&B. We really recommend it. French travellers

We had a very relaxing stay at the Morning Glory Inn. The accommodations were beyond sufficient and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Nancy, the innkeeper, was very friendly and offered to provide suggestions for local dining, events, etc. Breakfast was phenomenal and featured both in-season and homemade food. Our room and the common areas were very clean and well decorated.... More

I stayed 3 nights here and felt very much at home. Breakfast in the wisteria-draped inner garden was always good, homemade waffles, pancakes, lovely fresh fruit plates, but most of all, I appreciated the personal attention of Sally the proprietor and her cheerful assistant, Joy. I stayed in the Garden room, whose layout was a bit quirky, but understandably so... More

Our original plan was to get married in December 2010 in a small chapel in Pittsburgh and spend our wedding night at Morning Glory Inn. However, as our wedding plans began and family pressure began to mount in late July, we decided to move up our wedding date to August 2010. We literally had to plan our wedding in three... More
