Stayed here for a day as we were headed for work at downtown Pittsburg. Very small room, sheets were not clean, bathroom was old and not clean. Internet connection was good. Breakfast was good.. better than most Best Westerns. Plenty of parking available. Elevator is scary, old and run down. Hallways are narrow. more

We stood at this hotel for the October 4th Steelers vs. Chargers game. Good value for the price and the double bedroom was spacious. It was cheaper to stay here for the game rather than downtown. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the shuttle service to downtown. It has 2 drop off stops. One at Station Square... more

I did a lot of looking for a hotel for our short visit to Pittsburgh to visit family and see the city. I choose it hotel based on the $$$, shuttle service, etc. We stayed in room 101, King Suite, non-smoking... the room was huge and quiet... we were right by the elevator and didn't hear a soul all weekend!!... more

The hotel felt tired. Elevators were jerky. My room needed a few minor repairs -- closet door track was loose, and after running the air all-day on high, there was a slight musty smell. The hotel is located 3 miles out of downtown and there is not much in the immediate area. A car is a must. The staff was... more

I stayed in one of the “one double bed” rooms. Cutting to the chase, it was indeed tiny, considerably smaller than other standard hotel rooms that I’ve stayed in. This made things quite cramped. Additionally, there was a lot of noise transfer via the door, so I not only could hear hallway noise quite easily, but as one previous commenter... more

We stayed here b/c we were going to a musical downtown and wanted a discount option. It was almost half of the price of the downtown hotels. The shuttle services seem like a great option and well organized (call for pickup from location), although we didn't use them, and the airport shuttle is particularly important, since few hotels so far... more

My mom and I stayed here for 5 nights. Location was great being away from downtown, but close enough for a quick drive there through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. There is a free parking lot, but it is very crowded during work hours. It is right next to an office building, Giant Eagle, and a run down mall (only 10... more

I was in town to see a Pirates game and catch up with a friend over a two-day stay, so I didn't need anything fancy. I was looking for a place as close to $100 a night as I could get. The Best Western Parkway Center would hardly be described as fancy, but it was close to $100 a night... more

Stayed 4 nights on a visit to see friends and would recommend. The room was comfortable but did not have a fridge or microwave. The best part of the hotel is the indoor pool, hot tub and gymnasium which is free for guests and also the managers reception each night which gets you 3 free drinks from the bar in the lobby. The continental... more

For a hotel in the $100-125 price range, this was a huge letdown. Our queen room was TINY (smaller than the super 6 I stayed in a week prior for $40) - tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny sink/mirror area. I hated it. We used the pool and gym - the gym was pretty decent, the pool smaller but nice enough.... more
