This Best Western in undergoing extensive updating and construction is evident throughout the hotel. The hotel is part of an office complex and shopping mall, all of which seem to be in the process of being refurbished. There was some confusion at the front desk during check-in, and we returned from the first room they assigned us because the air conditioner was not working. “great location”

When I stayed this time the hotel was under construction. The staff is always great here and this time was no different. I was not disturbed by any noise. The rooms were due for updating but they were clean. Great location and good prices.

One of our regular haunts, it was getting dowdy so needed some work, but is now converting to a holiday inn with full construction whilst still charging guests the full rate is very disappointing. there was blood on our sheets and pillow case. when it was brought to the managers attention she blamed it on my daughter. said it was fresh blood! did not offer anything to us just told us to call when we came back. we will not be back that was unacceptable. the are also renovating so it was a mess.... I had stayed here for 1 week and leter extended the stay to 2 weeks. Besides the early checkin they have a fab Shuttle service to downtown and airport which makes paying an extra buck completely worth it.(And as the Public transport is not "so good" as the people say it is). “Great value”

Hotel provided a very nice, safe enviorment and provides a very good value for the room rate. The nightly "Managers Reception" includes adult beverages and is a pleasant way to end the day and start the evening. Staff is very pleasant.
