Stayed here for 2 nights, one of which I used Hilton Honors points. Great downtown location, spotlessly clean and customer friendly staff. Only complaint was the breakfast - coffee was terrible both mornings and the quality of the hot breakfast items was not up to the usual standards I have come to expect at Hampton Inns. more

Took my wife to a Pens game for her birthday and decided to stay the night in the 'burgh. Very short walk to the Igloo. Service was great, staff was great, parking was free, and the room was spacious and clean. more
