After the Steelers game and would use this hotel again, check in and out was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Free breakfast was above average. All in all good place to stay and would not hesitate staying again

It looks rather odd from the outside. The main entrance is on the end of the building and when you walk in, it's rather a very small lobby area. The elevator is as soon as you walk in on the right and makes it rather crowded with other people checking in. The room was smaller than other Comfort Inns, however... More

The access is a bit confusing because of a median. The place looks "plain jane" on the outside. It had a very small lobby, but if you need a really nice room at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The hotel is about 2 years old and the rooms are modern, new and fresh. The breakfast is... More

My husband and I both went to Pittsburgh for back-to-school shopping and we both enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and no complaints about the continental breakfast. Our favorite part about the hotel was the customer service, every staff member we encountered was friendly, there was one in particular who went out... More

What attracted my family and I to book this is because of our previous experiences with the Comfort Inn chain. Simple and cozy. This one was more pricey, but poor service. Other reviewers have touched on the poor location, poor staff attitude, pillow feathers flying all over the place like little mosquitoes, inadequate fruits, etc. Staff is not friendly not... More

If you read my last two reviews of hotels, you'll find that I stayed at, what you would expect to be, better, more expensive hotels, and I reviewed them very poorly. When I stay at a hotel it's for work 99% off the time. I need a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a functioning air conditioner. Friendly staff and... More

I was a little upset that there wasn't a fridge in the room, but that was probably my fault for not doing the proper research. We were in Pittsburgh to visit friends and the Zoo. This Comfort Inn wasn't too far from the Zoo, so we booked it for a night. The room was VERY clean (looked new). And, it... More

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on McKnight Rd., in Pittsburgh, PA for 3 nights. We paid $103.00 per night for a king bed room. The room was nice, but small. There was 2 of us in the room and there was just big enough for us. There was a desk in the room with a chair, flat screen TV.... More

The hotel itself is alright. Nothing too special. The breakfast had the classic egg sausage biscuit. The rooms had an okay size. About 15-20 minute drive to downtown. However, a pleasant stay i suppose.

We're on the road 200 nights per year for work and chose this hotel for its proximity to a work site, for a five night stay. Big mistake. The rate for a night we added was almost twice that of the preceding week. I so regret not checking out the weekly rate hotel next door. Plus side: very clean and... More

Dear Valued Guest, I would like to apologize for the bad taste you say was left after leaving my property. I am definitely going to do my best to improve all of the items you had issues with including the staff issue. At the desk, my front desk team has put together U-turn/turn around directions for leaving the hotel, but... More
